Week Calendar

Ages 0-6 with an adult.  Stimulate your child's senses through books, rhymes, music and movement. Little ones get distracted easily, please help us maintain engagement by entering quietly if you arrive late. No registration required.

We will discuss the novel This Tender Land by William Kent Krueger. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Copies of the book can be checked out at the Service Center.

Ages 0-18 months with an adult. Stories and songs for your littlest one. No older siblings, please.

The Cary Area Writers Group meets on the second Saturday of each month. We welcome any and all authors age 21+ who have an interest in writing.. Bring a copy of what you wrote or 4-5 copies to pass around.

Create and build your own LEGO design that we’ll display in the Library!  Sign child’s names up for both programs.

Make friends and discover new screen-free games. On the first and third Mondays of the month.  First Mondays are geared to grades 2-3. Join us for an evening of fun and learning! 

Grades 6-12. 

Watch movies and anime with other teens! The library has a selection of movies and anime that will be projected on the big screen. Registration preferred, walk-ins welcome. Snacks will be available.

Let’s capture the spirit of the holiday season with vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine. We will create a festive atmosphere celebrating the rich culinary traditions associated with Christmas in Mexico.

Exchange ideas in an online discussion about the foreign policy issues facing America today in this monthly discussion led by Professor Gary Midkiff. Participants must purchase a briefing book and read a chapter prior to each meeting.
