Join our Rock ‘n’ Roll Storytime program to experience a classic children’s story come alive in a unique combination of music and literacy!

All ages, kids 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Stop by and create! We will have various craft supplies and inspiration for you to make an art project, craft, structure, or simple machine - whatever you can imagine!

Grades 3-12. Develop your programming skills with the LEGO SPIKE Prime robots and apply them to various challenges. Each Workshop will have a different lesson and different challenges for you to try out.

Stop by the Library to view the moon through powerful telescopes belonging to members of the Lake County Astronomical Society.

At the turn of the 20th Century, Women Astronomers of the Harvard College Observatory calculated the distances, temperatures and composition of the stars.

Exchange ideas about the foreign policy issues facing America today in this monthly discussion led by Professor Gary Midkiff. Participants must purchase a briefing book and read a chapter prior to each meeting.

Ages 0-6 with an adult. Stimulate your child's senses through books, rhymes, music, and movement. No registration required.

Kristyn Slick will join us from her Classroom Kitchen to help us experience the delicate balance of floral and sweet in this Lavender and Honey cooking class.

Stomp the prairie! Join award winning Midwestern singer/songwriter, and storyteller, Dave Martin on an easygoing cruise into summertide.

With a little tissue and construction paper, we'll make some bright and beautiful poppies for the window! You can register up to two children ages 3-6, thank you.

Compete in teams of up to 4 people by correctly answering questions and we'll see which team has what it takes to win. Bonus points for coming in your summer gear!

Grades 6-12. Learn the art of needle punching and make your own small needle punch creation.

Ages 18-36 months with an adult. Stories and songs for your active toddler! Drop-in, no registration required.
