Harness the power of Walking Meditation to increase focus and inner peace with life coach Tom Kens. Learn how a heightened awareness of your thoughts can decrease random negative self-talk and create room for inspiration to dwell and grow. (1/2 lecture in the library and 1/2 practical outside at a nearby walking path.)
