In this culinary program, Chef Susan Maddox will demonstrate proper making of vinaigrettes and dressings, and a variety of garnishes for tossed salads with new and interesting flavor combinations. This class will help “perk up” old family favorites because of the new twists. Various methods and techniques in preparation will be shown to make your summer salads a success.
