We will discuss the novel The Keeper of Hidden Books by Madeline Martin. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Copies of the book can be checked out at the Service Center a month prior to the discussion.

Dressed in her native regalia, Kim gives a history of Natives in Illinois with a focus on Native women, or what was considered, "The Hidden Half."  Her primary focus is women such as the wife of Blackhawk, Singing Bird, and Hononegah.
